    Tasting Notes This rich rustic Zinfandel is packed with Strawberry, Red Cherry, White Pepper and laced with smoky Vanilla oak. The lush mid-palate is fat with berry characters, finishing with expansive fruit, lingering sweet oak and complex ripeness. Vineyard Notes : Made with Organically Grown Grapes. There are approximately 131 (5 oz.) glass pours in each keg. The wine is to be pushed with Nitrogen or Argon, NOT CO2. No loss due to oxidation and even charging $7 a glass retailer will see $917.

    Mountain Man Red Blend is Chacewater’s newest red wine blend made from 3 grape varietals grown at our home ranch in the Sierra Nevada Foothills of California and named after Chacewater’s vineyard manager Matthew who in his spare time can be found roaming the mountains of the Sierra Nevada. This blend consists of Merlot, Syrah and Zinfandel all farmed and certified organic by CCOF. (California Certified Organic Farmers) Tasting notes- Round dark fruits reminiscing of plum and blackberry fading into a silky dark chocolate finish.
